Thank you for choosing me as your trusted fine art photographer to capture your images.

The portrait session lasts up to an hour, during which time, I will capture a diverse range of images featuring various poses and expressions.

Outfit choice and styling is very important in these sessions, so I therefore ask you to take a look at previous sessions here for an idea of clothing choices and inspiration. A clothing brief is also detailed below the booking form, at the bottom of this page, to help guide you.

During your time in the studio, I offer you the opportunity to have a couple of outfit changes, as I firmly believe this really helps to capture you in a variety of looks. These images will be completely natural and timeless, affording you the opportunity to cherish them and take pride in displaying them within your home.

PLEASE READ MY CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULE PROCEDURE (Point No.5) HERE BEFORE CONFIRMING YOUR BOOKING. BY SENDING PAYMENT, YOU ARE SECURING YOUR SESSION AND AGREEING TO THESE TERMS.

This fee covers my time and expertise in the studio, 5 web sized digital images (these do not include any reproduction rights and are not suitable for printing) and 2 high resolution printable digital files with unlimited reproduction rights. Additional artwork and digital files can be purchased separately. There is no charge for rescheduling providing you give at least 72 hours notice. However, if you provide less notice and still want to reschedule, a new session fee will be applicable and payable in order to secure your new appointment. Only one complimentary rescheduled session is available and must take place within three months of the original booking or will incur a new session fee.

Read and Agreed

In order to secure your portrait session into my schedule, the session fee of £273 is payable at time of booking and can be sent via direct bank transfer to Account Name “Elizabeth Griffiths”, Account Number 12456845, sort code 60-17-32 and your surname as a reference please. Please take a moment to read through my business terms and conditions and privacy policy thoroughly before confirming your booking, as by sending your fee and booking your session, you are agreeing to these terms.

Some information to help guide you for your session is as follows:

Clothing brief:

I recommend no logos, branding, stripes or patterns and ideally muted colours such as pale pinks/blues/greens or beige/Browns/golds/yellows etc.

For girls/ladies: Smart blouses, tops, and dresses (with lacey details or frills, if possible) as well as smart jackets and shoes. If you have plain black/grey vest tops, chunky knits or anything that’s a bit “different/vintage looking”, then these work great too. Block (muted) colours work best (but avoid white) and try to avoid any busy patterns.

Dance Wear: A variety of different coloured leotards, smart fitted tops, a mix of tutus, long floaty skirts or evening wear that allow for movement. Pointe shoes where applicable and other dance foot wear, such as ballet shoes, tap shoes etc.

Light application of make up is great, if you are happy to do so (mascara, lipgloss and blush) and hair gently tonged works well too.

For boys/men: Smart shirts, tops, chinos/trousers preferred, as well as chunky jumpers, boots, smart jackets and shoes. If you have plain vest tops these work brilliantly too. Block (muted) colours work best (but avoid white) and try to avoid any busy patterns.

Props: If you have any props or items that are personal to you, that you wish to incorporate into your session, please do bring them along to the shoot.

How to find me:

My studio is situated at 85 Scatterdells Lane, Chipperfield, Hertfordshire, WD4 9EU.

We are to the LEFT of no.87 and have a long hedge lined driveway with large wooden gates at the top.

(In order to gain access, please press the intercom at the gates and speak clearly so we can let you in. If you don’t get a response, please call 07834 774605 or 01923 275012). There is ample parking on site and lots of lovely open space to explore during your visit.

If travelling by train:

Our nearest stations are both Hemel Hempstead or Kings Langley (within approximately 20 minutes from London Euston) and a few minutes taxi ride from either station.
